CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan gifts work worth Rs. 29.11 to Betul

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan dedicated and the laid foundation stone of development works costing Rs. 29 crore 11 lakh on September 11 in Betul. He dedicated a combined office built at a cost of Rs. 13 crores 71 lakh and performed bhoomi poojan of 3 works worth Rs. 15 crore 4 lakh, including the construction of 6 rooms at the ground floor of the Government JH College Campus built at a cost of Rs 3 crore 53 lakh, construction of a godown for electronic voting machines worth Rs. 4 crore 15 lakh and 100-seater boys’ and girls’ hostel and the building of an excellence school that is too be constructed at a cost of Rs. 7 crore 72 lakh in Betul.

The Chief Minister said that Betul district is a tribal dominated district and its culture is unique. People’s behaviour is amicable and the district has always given respect to everyone. He further mentioned that no stone will be left unturned for the development of Betul. He also announced the opening of a fully-equipped school in Betul. He informed that all the facilities will be provided to children in this school. The School will be equipped with laboratory, library and good teachers and it will be run like a public school. The Chief Minister further said that the Sambal Yojana has been launched to transform the lives of the poor. Henceforth, farmers holding up to 5-acre land will be included in the Sambal Yojana. The state government has formed a cadre for teachers and now a salary in the range of 40 to 61 thousand will be paid to the teachers. He said that a state that secures the future of children should be built.

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan further announced to give Rs. 25 thousand as honorarium to all the folk dance mandalis.
