6 officers suspended and 3 employees terminated for negligence in grievance redressal

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that no irregularity will be tolerated in ration distribution. He directed collectors to ensure ration distribution to eligible persons and remove ineligible persons from the list. In any situation no poor person should remain deprived of ration. CM Chouhan was listening to people’s problems under Samadhan Online today. He redressed about a dozen complaints. He issued instructions to suspend 6 officials, terminate 3 employees for negligence and make payment to concerned applicants after recovery of compensation from 3 officials/employees.

CM Chouhan listened to the woes of applicants at the Mantralaya. Meanwhile Jamuna Bai of Ujjain who had demanded financial assistance following the death of her husband from drowning was provided financial aid of Rs 4 lakhs. The Cm also assured to provide pension etc according to eligibility. Similarly instructions were issued to suspend tehsildar Shri K.N. Ojha and concerned patwari for delay in redressal of a case of undisputed land transfer case of Shri Satyam Shrivastava of Khurai of Sagar district. Instructions were issued to suspend Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education’s Assistant Secretary Shri Rammohan Patel and Section Officer and Assistant Grade-3 for delay in correction of name in the 10th and 12th marksheet of Sushri Sapna Rai, daughter of Shri Ramsharan Singh of Sagar. Notice was issued to an executive engineer of Public Works Department for delaying payment of compensation for acquisition of land of Shri Yashwant Rudrawal and others of Bhanpura in Mandsaur district in road construction.

Compensation to applicants

A show cause notice was issued to naib tehsildar for delay in providing land rights loan book to Smt. Manobai of Kushmi of Jabalpur district. Instructions were given to provide Rs 3250 as compensation under Public Service Delivery Guarantee Scheme to concerned applicant. Instructions were given to provide low price foodgrain to BPL applicant Shri Gouradhya Ahirwar of Rognathpur Chorathari village of Guna district. Instructions were given to make payment of Rs one lakh 35 thousand fees for admission of Shri Jaiprakash Sharma of Gwalior in IIT Roorkee after he passed with over 94 percent in 12th board under Mukhya Mantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana. Gram Panchayat Secretary and Employment Assistant were terminated for delay in providing death certificate to Smt. Kala Bai of Baroda Dahi of Dhar district. Instructions were given to recover compensation amount from MPEB Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer for delay in redressal of power meter complaint by Shri Garibdas Kol of Mudwara of katni district and pay Rs 8000 to concerned applicant. Instructions were given to suspend Janpad Panchayat CEO and terminate concerned clerk for negligence in payment of assistance fund of Rs 25, 000 to Shri Rakeshdeo Pandey of Dhenki village in Singrauli district for his daughter’s marriage.

Similarly, Shri Narendra Singh Chouhan of Bhainsola village of Ratlam district had complained that Naljal Yojana had not started which was started and instructions were given for probe into the matter. Shri Madhosingh Ahirwar of Khoksi village of Ashoknagar district had complained of not having received benefits of Ladlli Laxmi Yojana. It was told that the concerned person’s certificate was released two years back but as the applicant was residing in Indore , the certificate could not be provided to him. But now the applicant’s certificate has been provided to his relative.

Payment to be made on December 15 under Bhavantar Bhugtan yojana

CM Chouhan instructed officials to ensure that there are no irregularities in the Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana. Verification should be made with all seriousness so that no farmer remains deprived of benefits. He said that the price difference of the account between November 1 and 30 will be deposited in the farmers accounts by December 15 for which all preparations should be made. He said that this is a revolutionary scheme for the farmers welfare. He issued instructions to start closed Nal Jal schemes and prepare an emergency strategy for adequate supply of drinking water.

Narmada Jayanti to be celebrated on January 24 with zeal

CM Chouhan told that a massive sammelan of Narmada Seva Samitis will be organized on December 11 at Jabalpur on completion of one year of the narmada Seva Yatra. Narmada Sevaks, voluntary organization office-bearers, office-bearers of panchayat and urban bodies, seers etc, will take part in it. Narmada Jayanti will be celebrated on January 24, 2018. He instructed officials to make preparations. He also said that all arrangements should be made to protect the saplings planted on the banks of Narmada. He issued instructions to ensure arrangements for paddy purchase and supply of adequate fertilizers. He said that all arrangements should be ensured to celebrate Anandotsav from January 14 to 21, 2018. He congratulated districts for their outstanding performance in grievance redressal.
