Fund of Rs. 50 Crore to be Created to Materialise Innovative Ideas: CM

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh said that the state government will create a fund of Rs. 50 crore in order to provide financial assistance to materialize innovative ideas. Lack of funds will not hamper the progress of the talented individuals. The innovations and entrepreneurship will get sufficient opportunities to flourish in the state. Moreover, CM Chouhan mentioned that a venture capital fund of Rs. 100 crore has been established to support youth for the establishment of new company. CM Chouhan was addressing the annual function and prize distribution programme of Delhi Public School here today.

CM Chouhan stated that the state government is making efforts to realise the dreams of the talented individuals. The state government will not let their dreams die and will provide full cooperation to the talented individuals. He further said that the fee of the meritorious students on getting admissions in higher educational institutes provided they secure 75 percent marks in the 12th examination of Board of Secondary Education and 85 percent marks in 12th CBSE examination will be borne by the state government not by their poor parents under the Mukhya Mantri Medhavi Vidhyarthi Yojana.

CM Chouhan further mentioned that every child possesses enormous potential. He/she can carve his/her niche in the world by strong dedication and hard work. He said that our country is an amazing nation. Our history is more than 5 thousand years old. Our Culture is great. Our Rishis had created Vedas, when the sun of civilization was not arisen in the developed nations. The eternal peace of our nation gave direction to the world burning by the materialism.

CM Chouhan asserted that education has 3 objectives i.e. Knowledge, Skill and to provide civilised culture. These have been carried out by the School excellently. Cultural presentations given by the students have overwhelmed him. CM Chouhan while congratulating the winner boy and girl students prayed for their bright future.

Chairman of Jagran Social Welfare Society Shri Harimohan Gupt gave the welcome speech. He informed that an amount of Rs. 350 lakh has been incurred by the society on the education of 902 poor children. Principal Smt. Vinita Malik presented progress report of the school on the occasion.

Programme was inaugurated by the Chief Minister Chouhan by lighting a lamp. Prizes were distributed among the winners. Minister for School Education Kunwar Vijay Shah, Member of Indira Gandhi National Center for Arts Shri Sachchidanand Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Jagran Lake City Shri Abhishek Mohan Gupta, Prominent Citizens and students were present on the occasion.
